Shipping
Most LQMK sweatshirts are prepared and hand-finished to order. We take care over each piece rather than rushing it through production.
The current delivery options, charges and estimated times available for your order will be shown before you complete checkout. If anything affects an order after it has been placed, we will contact you using the details provided at checkout.
Once your order is on its way, any available dispatch or tracking information will be sent to the email address used for the order.
Returns & cancellations
Yes, LQMK accepts returns on eligible items. If you change your mind about an eligible item bought online, you can tell us that you wish to cancel within 14 days of receiving it. You then have a further 14 days to return it.
To start a return, email hello@shoplqmk.co.uk with your order number.
Please return items in a condition that reflects only the handling reasonably needed to inspect them, in the same way you might in a shop. We may make a lawful deduction if an item has lost value because it has been handled more than necessary.
Unless the item is faulty, incorrect or not as described, return postage is normally your responsibility. Where a cancellation right applies, we will also refund the basic standard delivery charge originally paid; any extra amount paid for an upgraded delivery service is not refundable beyond the standard delivery amount.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods or acceptable evidence that they have been sent back.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If something arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@shoplqmk.co.uk. Include your order number and, where helpful, a photograph so we can put it right.
Personalised items
A genuinely personalised or custom-made item can have different cancellation rights where the law allows. If we offer such an item, any applicable exception will be made clear before purchase. Choosing from our standard message, size or wearer/parent-carer options does not by itself remove your statutory rights.
Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.
