Website & sale terms
Products
We aim to describe and photograph our products accurately. Screen settings can affect how colours appear, and small variations may occur in hand-finished details. These variations do not affect your statutory rights where goods are faulty, not as described or otherwise do not meet legal requirements.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in GBP. Any delivery charge that applies will be shown before you complete checkout. Payment is taken using the payment methods made available through our Shopify checkout.
Orders
When you place an order, we will send an electronic confirmation using the contact details you provide. If we are unable to accept or fulfil an order, we will let you know and refund any amount taken for goods we cannot supply.
Delivery
Available delivery options, costs and estimated times are shown before checkout. Please make sure your delivery details are accurate. If a delay occurs that materially affects your order, we will contact you where reasonably possible.
Cancellations and returns
Your cancellation and return rights are explained on our Shipping & Returns page. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under UK consumer law.
Using our website and content
The LQMK name, designs, artwork, photographs and written content on this website belong to LQMK or are used with permission. They may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without permission, except where the law allows.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, or removes rights that consumers cannot legally waive.
